Natalie Timmons’ love affair with art began more than 20 years ago when she took her first decorative painting class at the “Creative Cricket” in Stratham, NH. Since then, she has painted everything in sight – household decorative items, stools, cabinets, benches, walls and her son’s face one Easter when the eggs weren’t enough. She enjoys putting her creative talents to work in ways that beautify the home. She has dabbled in quilting, tin punching, and cross-stitch, and is an avid interior designer.
Six years ago, she took a fine art watercolor class with Robert Steadman and later with Doris Rice and has been painting watercolors ever since. Natalie carries a watercolor journal on all her travels, by plane, motorcycle and her little red convertible. She particular enjoys developing her own compositions and is fascinated with color, nature, and capturing everyday moments. Her current specialty is home or office portraits, which capture her reverence for the environments in which people live and work.
